Higbie Farms in North Chili, NY holds a mini festival every spring to show off their new baby chickens and other farm animals. For the second year the upstate live steamers were invited to show off our live steamers as well. The weather threatened to rain all day and occasionally did for a few minutes here and there, but thankfully, the real rain held off until the event was just closing up. It is always a treat seeing the crowds interested in live steam!
